3. Novel style and easy to use. The pump head of the machine is directly immersed in water without water diversion. 1. Prepare for work. Install the machine on the workbench. When using it for the first time, open the electric box and inject clean cold water (can also add water through the drain hose). When the water surface is about to rise to the height of the overflow nozzle behind the water tank, stop adding water. add water.

2. Vacuuming work. The suction sleeve of the equipment that needs to be vacuumed is tightly fitted to the suction nozzle of the machine. Check that the circulating water switch should be closed. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and start vacuuming. Observe the vacuum through the vacuum gauge corresponding to the pumping nozzle.

3. When the machine needs to work continuously for a long time, the warm water in the water tank will rise, affecting the degree of vacuum. At this time, the drain hose can be connected to the water source (tap water), the overflow nozzle can be used as the drain outlet, and the tap water flow can be properly controlled to keep the water temperature in the tank from rising and the vacuum degree stable.

4. When it is necessary to provide cooling circulating water for the reaction device, on the basis of the operation of the third item above, the water inlet and outlet pipes of the device to be cooled are respectively connected to the circulating water outlet nozzle at the rear of the machine, the water inlet nozzle. On the top, the circulating water switch is turned on to realize the circulating cooling water supply.

5. After making a complete experiment, in order to ensure that the experimental results no longer go wrong, the vacuum tube should be evacuated before stopping.

The pump body is taken out of the water tank and is not allowed to be inverted to prevent water from entering the motor and causing the motor to burn. (2) The cycle does not have to have any impurities to prevent the pump from clogging. ( 3 ) If you don't need to drain the water in the water tank for a long time, let the water of the pump go out and wipe the water tank clean to prevent the motor from being burned by the tide and prolong the service life.
