At the same time, after the pin has been ground into a “crankshaft shape”, the friction surface between the pin and the pin hole is reduced, and the pin holes of the rail plate are gradually worn through, so that the rail plate is scrapped. In order to extend the service life of the rail plate and the pin, the locomotive should use a pipe wrench to rotate each rail pin by 60 each time it operates about 13 thousand hectares, so that the chain pin is uniformly worn, and the rail plate holes are also reasonably worn. . 2. The normal sag of the caterpillar track is 30-50mm. It must not be adjusted too tightly or too loosely. The sagging of the two caterpillar tracks should be the same. When the following sagging amount exceeds 50mm and cannot be adjusted, remove a piece of rail plate and re-run it. Adjust the amount of sag. When working on a flat, hard surface, the amount of caterpillar sag should be a minimum, ie close to 30 mm. 3. When using a new car or replacing with a new track, during the first few shifts, use a pipe wrench to hold the end of the chain pin to make it rotate so as to prevent the chain pin from forming “crankshaft” in advance without rotating for a long time. . 4. The amount of caterpillar sagging is too large or the driving wheel is bald. Be careful when driving the locomotive. Avoid high-speed cornering or dead-turning. Do not make a sharp turn when over- or under-slope lands are overloaded to avoid crawler derailment. 5. It has been found that the driving wheel or the crawler belt meshing part is seriously worn. The entire track can be removed and used interchangeably, and the drive wheel can also be used to adjust the service life. 6.
