At present, chestnuts are mostly stored at low temperature overseas, and it is impossible to establish more cold storages in the chestnut production areas in China. Therefore, the preservation of chestnuts at room temperature has very important practical significance. The technical features are as follows: (1) The liquid film at room temperature is stored for 5 months, and the chestnut color, aroma, and taste are basically unchanged. (2) The liquid film preservative is highly efficient and low-toxic, and the good fruit rate can reach more than 90%. (3) Fresh chestnut residue is lower than the standards set by FAO/WHO and belongs to pollution-free fruit. (4) The liquid film preservative is easy to obtain raw materials, the price is cheap, the process is simple, the labor is saved, the time is saved, and the cost is low. Treatment of 1 kilogram of chestnut requires a preservation fee of 0.1 yuan, storage for 3 to 5 months, and profit of 0.40 to 0.5 million yuan per ton of chestnut can be obtained. This is an important way to help the mountain get rid of poverty and become rich in the mountains. Falling behind, there are important economic, social and ecological benefits. The liquid film preservative formula and treatment process are the key technologies for this achievement. The implementation of the technical points: (1) timely insecticidal treatment, so that eggs and larvae die in chestnut fruit. (2) According to the physiological changes of chestnut during storage, adding liquid film agent inhibits the activity of chestnut peroxidase, reduces respiratory intensity, reduces mildew, water loss and metabolic rate, delays chestnut aging, maintains chestnut appearance, quality and flavor. constant. (3) Regulate the temperature and humidity in the warehouse to create a suitable environment for chestnut storage. The results can be used and promoted in the Dabie Mountains, southern Anhui mountains, Henan, Hebei and Hubei chestnut production areas.
