5. Spreading tray: Spread the concentrated paste evenly on a baking tray or white cloth, about 3-5 mm thick. Stainless steel baking trays or porcelain plates can be used, and tempered glass plates can also be used.

6. Baking: It is carried out in an oven or oven and the temperature is adjusted to 50-60 °C. Bake until it is not sticky, and when it is peeled off, it can be used. At this time, the moisture content is 18-20%.

7, peeling the skin: baking with a baking tray should be hot and peeling. Bake with a white cloth to spray water on the opposite side of the cloth, then lift the skin and place it on the baking tray to remove the moisture from the surface.

8. Packing: Roll the skin-like skin into small rolls, cut into small pieces or small pieces, and package them in transparent cellophane.
