1. Installation before use 1) When installing the three-point hanging type rotary cultivator matched with the wheel tractor, the power of the power output shaft should be cut off first, the output shaft cover is removed, the reverse shaft is mounted and the rotary cultivator is mounted, and then A universal joint with a square shaft is mounted on the drive shaft of the rotary cultivator, and the rotary cultivator is lifted, and the cutter shaft is manually turned to see whether the operation is flexible, and then the universal joint with a square sleeve is inserted into the square shaft, and the sleeve is retracted. To the minimum size, hold the universal joint in place with the tractor's power output shaft fixed. When installing, care should be taken that the fork joints of the square shaft and the square shaft sleeve should be in the same plane. If they are installed wrongly, a rattle will be heard at the universal joint, and the vibration of the rotary cultivator will increase, which may cause damage to the parts. After the universal joint is installed, insert the safety bolt into the groove on the spline shaft and lock it with the split pin. 2) When installing a rotary cultivator with a walking tractor, tilt the tractor forward, remove the traction frame, and fix the cultivator on the gearbox with 5 stud bolts. Note that the two positioning pins on the two coupling faces should be positive to ensure proper engagement of the assembled gears. If the gear in the rotary cultivator and the gear in the gearbox are at the top during installation, it cannot be hard pressed and hard knocked. The pulley should be rotated to install the gear change gear at an angle. In addition, it should ensure that the paper pad thickness at the joint with the gearbox is 0.50.05mm, too thick or too thin will affect the meshing gap between the two gears. 2. Preparation before use 1) Check whether each part is complete and intact, and whether the rotary cultivating blade is installed firmly and whether there is any defect or crack. If yes, insert the blade and tighten it correctly according to the specified torque. 2) Check whether the movement of each moving part is flexible. If there is any phenomenon of blocking, it should be identified and eliminated. 3) Check the amount of gear oil and oil in the gearbox and whether the oil meets the requirements; if necessary, replace and add new gear oil; each bearing and bushing should also be filled with grease. 4) Check the tension of the drive chain. When the knife shaft is pulled by hand, if it can be easily turned about 20, and then it is very laborious to pull, the tightness of the chain is appropriate; if the tightness does not match, the tension adjusting screw should be turned to adjust. 5) Check whether the blade assembly meets agronomic requirements. In general, the ridges in the middle of surface cultivating after cultivation are suitable for pre-planting; after the external cultivating, the middle of the surface is ditched, which is suitable for demolition and tillage or rotary tillage; the ground is leveled after intercropping and cultivating. 3. Adjustment during use The adjustment of the rotary tiller can be carried out during the trial cultivation, or can be adjusted at any time according to the specific conditions in the operation. The specific contents are as follows: 1) Adjustment of the tillage depth. The ploughing depth of a wheeled tractor with a rotary cultivator can be adjusted with tractor hydraulic ploughing or with limit skating on a rotary cultivator (a direct-connected cultivator is controlled by changing the length of the lifting chain or tie rod). The cultivating depth of a rotary cultivator for a hand-held tractor is controlled by a tail wheel or a skid. If the requirements are not met after adjustment, the clamping handle can be loosened to increase the tail wheel casing to increase the tail rotation. 2) Sludge performance adjustment. Sludge performance is related to tractor forward speed and spindle speed. When the knife shaft speed is fixed, the forward speed of the tractor is increased, and the soil block is increased, and vice versa. Changing the height position of the flat carriages will also affect the effect of smashing. When in use, the flats can be fixed at a certain position. 3) Level adjustment. The left and right horizontal adjustment of the three-point suspension rotary cultivator is adjusted by the right lifting bar of the suspension mechanism; the front-to-rear horizontal adjustment is adjusted by a pull-up bar to ensure the consistency of cultivation depth. 4) Lift height adjustment. In a rotary cultivator driven by a universal joint, the inclination of the universal joint in the transmission cannot be greater than 30, so the lift cannot be too high. Generally, the blade can be removed from the ground by 150 to 200 mm. When the lift is too high, the universal joint square shaft, casing and fork joints will be top dead, which will spoil the universal joint and the power output shaft. In severe cases, the tractor rear axle housing crack will be scrapped. Use hydraulic steering handles within the allowable lifting height.

4. Safety during use 1) When starting the unit, the power output shaft power should be engaged first, and then the work gear should be hung, the clutch should be slowly engaged, and the hydraulic lifting handle or lifting device should be operated at the same time so that the blade of the rotary tiller can be gradually added into the soil, and then added. Big throttle until normal tilling. It is absolutely forbidden that the rotary cultivator lands on the ground to suddenly engage the power, or the rotary plough is plunged into the soil. Or hang into the low gear. 4) When turning, the throttle should be reduced. The tail wheel and the steering clutch must cooperate with each other and proceed slowly. Turning is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the parts concerned. When turning or reversing a wheeled tractor, the rotary cultivator should be raised to prevent the blade from being twisted and the knife shaft from being damaged. 5) When crossing the ditch or passing the rake, the operating handle of the cultivator should be placed in a separate position so as to avoid sudden tilting of the rear tractor and the blade hurts. 6) Remove the wrap around cutter shaft and blade in time so as not to damage the cutter shaft and affect the tillage depth. Always turn off the engine when clearing the grass. 7) When the joint is working, both ends should be close to horizontal, and the included angle should be less than 10; when the working condition is improved, the included angle should be less than 30, and the speed should be reduced to prevent damage to the joint assembly. 8) During operation, it is forbidden to stand on the rotavator and after the machine to avoid danger. 9) After every 3 to 4 hours of operation, check whether the blade is loose or deformed and shut down and replace it in time. 10) When checking and troubleshooting, the engine must be turned off to ensure personal safety. 11) When the field is transferred, the rotary cultivator should be raised and the power output shaft power should be cut off. Or the transfer distance is large, use the locking device to fix the rotary cultivator in a certain position, or to transfer the universal joint transfer. 12) When the machine is shut down, the rotary cultivator should be grounded and it is forbidden to hang and park.

5, after the use of long-term storage after the end of the maintenance operations, should remove, wash the soil outside the rotary tiller, wrapped grass, replace the gearbox gear oil, lubrication of the lubrication parts; remove the blade, universal joints and Apply oil to the interior; apply oil and rust to other exposed working parts, and repair or replace damaged parts in time. Then put up the rotary cultivator, stored in dark, sheltered from the rain, ventilated and dry place.

Second, the repair of major parts

1. The grinding and replacement of the blade is the most easily worn and damaged part, and its technical state has a great influence on the quality of the work. According to the provisions of GB/T 5569-1995, the blade material is 65Mn or 60SiMn, the hardness of the cutting edge part is HRC50-55; the shank part is annealed, the hardness value is HRC38-45; the blade edge thickness is ≤0.5mm. When the edge is dull and the thickness is more than 0.5mm, the blade should be removed and sharpened on the grinding wheel. If necessary, first forge and then sharpen. After quenching, it should be quenched. During processing, the blade is heated to 800-850°C, quenched in oil or water, and tempered at 200°C after quenching. Severely worn or broken blades should be replaced. When installing the blade, tighten the fastening bolts according to the specified torque.

2. If there is a crack in the root of the tool holder of the tool holder, apply a high-quality low-carbon steel electrode to weld it with the cutter shaft. Knife shaft welding should be normalized and aligned.
