1 Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
1.1 Roller Cylined
The shape of the screen is a circular cylinder.
1.2 Filtering Sieve
Screening of pellets in two or more stages of sieves in a single drum

2 Classification and marking
2.1 Classification The pellet screening machine can be divided into two modes: external friction transmission and central shaft transmission according to its transmission mode.
2.2 The model number of the model screening machine should meet the requirements of YY/T0216.

Structural feature code: friction rotation is represented by M; central axis is represented by Z. Type code: drum function code: S means screening W means pellet

2.2.2 Tag example
The SWGM500A represents a drum type pellet screening machine with a drum diameter of 500 mm after a modified design.

3 requirements
3.1 Materials
3.1.1 Pellet screening machine Parts and materials in contact with the drug shall be made of materials that are non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and do not chemically change with the material or adsorb the material.
3.2 Appearance quality
3.2.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the drum should be smooth, and there should be no obvious hammer marks and unevenness, scratches and other defects.
3.2.2 Screen holes shall not have burrs.
3.2.3 Pellet screening machine The outer surface of the whole machine shall not have any defects such as hammer marks, scratches, welds, unevenness or burrs, sharp edges and angles.
3.2.4 Surface treatment For parts that are not in direct contact with the drug, sheet metal parts and structural parts made of carbon steel shall be coated and treated. The coating layer should be solid and bright, with consistent color, and must not have defects such as pores, wrinkles, scratches, and shedding.
3.3 Safety requirements
3.3.1 The continuity of the electrical system protection grounding shall comply with the provisions of 19.2 of GB5226.1-2002.
3.3.2 The insulation resistance of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 19.3 of GB5226.1-2002.
3.3.3 The withstand voltage of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 19.4 of GB5226.1-2002.
3.3.4 The protective earthing circuit of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 8.2 of GB5226.1-2002.
3.3.5 The buttons of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 10.2 of GB5226.1-2002.
3.3.6 The indicator lights and displays of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 10.3 of GB5226.1-2002.
3.3.7 The wiring of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 14 of GB5226.1-2002.
3.3.8 The marking, warning signs and project code of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 17 of GB5226.1-2002.
3.4 Performance requirements
3.4.1 The parts in the pellet screening machine should be fastened and reliable.
3.4.2 The drum should rotate smoothly, flexibly and without abnormal vibration.
3.4.3 Each adjusting member and rotating member can operate flexibly.
3.4.4 The sound pressure level of the grain screening machine operation noise is not more than 80dB (A).
