[Test Overview] Orpheum dry mist sterilization generally uses 130 ppm of sporicide to sterilize the clean area. The compact color steel plate did not show corrosion after testing, and there was no abnormality compared with the normal color steel plate. However, the scratched color steel plate has blistering, and the scratched color steel plate treated by Orpheum dry fog is normal.

The color steel plate itself has anti-corrosion ability, because the outer surface has an organic coating, the dense coating can protect the damage from the outside, the density of the coating is larger, the corrosion resistance is higher, and the quality of the color steel plate is better. The reason why the color steel plate is corroded is that the surface coating structure is damaged or the density is poor, and the liquid infiltration reacts with the internal components of the coating.

1. The amount of contact with the sporicidal agent per unit area. Since the compactness of the color steel plate is not 100%, there may be tiny holes. The more the amount, the greater the probability of infiltration, and the greater the possibility of corrosion.

2. The concentration of the sporicide. The concentration of the sporicide is related to the magnitude of the corresponding action intensity, which directly affects the risk of corrosion.

3. Environmental humidity. If the environmental humidity changes more rapidly in a short period of time, the possibility of corrosion increases.

4, adhesion ability. The adhesion of dry fog poses a risk of corrosion. The smaller the particles of dry fog, the smaller the adhesion. It will only pass lightly from the surface without wetting the surface, just as the water droplets pass through the lotus leaves without leaving traces. This is not able to cause corrosion of the color steel plate.
