Heat treatment electric resistance furnace body structure

The design of ordinary heat treatment resistance furnace mainly considers key parts such as furnace frame, furnace shell, furnace lining and furnace mouth device.
1. The function of the hob and the furnace hob is to bear the load of the lining and the workpiece and the side thrust supporting the furnace arch (refer to the box furnace vault). The hob is usually welded into a frame by profile steel, and the steel plate is wrapped. The well-designed hob and shell should have sufficient strength. Some bad manufacturers often cut corners or use thin plates instead of thick plates to make profits.
The function of the furnace shell is to protect the furnace lining, to reinforce the electric furnace structure and to maintain the sealing performance of the electric furnace, which is usually welded by welding the steel plate on the steel frame. For the small experimental furnace, the furnace frame can be omitted, and the furnace shell can be welded by thick steel plate, which can also function as a furnace rack. The thickness of the furnace shell is not as high as 2-6mm, the thick steel plate is used for the bottom of the furnace, and the side wall can be made of thin steel plate. Intermittent welding is generally used in addition to a protective atmosphere or a controlled atmosphere furnace.
Second, the role of the furnace lining is to maintain the furnace temperature and reduce heat loss. Good lining materials must not only have a certain degree of refractoriness, anti-quick heat and heat, but also have less heat storage and a certain strength. The lining is usually made of lightweight refractory bricks and refractory fibres, except at the mouth of the furnace or where it is supported by gravity.
3. Furnace device The mouth device includes a furnace door (furnace cover), a furnace door guide (furnace panel) and a pressing device. The furnace mouth device should be well sealed and the heat loss is small. The furnace door should be larger than the furnace mouth. Usually, the furnace door and the furnace mouth overlap 65-130mm on each side. For the controllable atmosphere furnace, the furnace mouth should be tightly sealed. The furnace door is generally made of cast iron or steel. The furnace door wire brick with the wire brick should be retracted 10-15mm than the door frame

Collagen is a triple helical protein which can be considered as the bio-glue inside our body; in fact, animal glue can be obtained by boiling the animal skin.  Collagen, a major component of connective tissues, exits in the extracellular space of these tissues which are the key reinforcing and bonding materials for all tissues and organs throughout our body, forming rigid structures as such bone, semi-rigid tissues such as cartilage, or soft tissues such as muscle, tendon, skin, ligaments, and cell membranes, etc.  There are different forms (fibrillar and non- fibrillar) and types of collagens in the body; Type 1 being the major type constitutes over 90% in our body and is the major component in skin, tendon, vascular ligature, organs, bone (main component of the organic part of bone).   Because collagen is an essential building material of all tissues and organs, it has many medical uses, such as in cardiac (hear) applications, cosmetic surgery, bone grafts, tissue regeneration, reconstructive surgical uses, and wound healing care.

Collagen is created inside fibroblast cells, and this process is needed to support the creation and repair of the body`s connective tissues.  However, the biological process starts to breakdown when we are aging, normally after we reach the age of late 20s or early 30s.  Because collagen from natural sources such as animal, fish scales or plant contain essentially the same amino acid compositions (glycine, proline, alanine, hydroxyproline, glutamic acid, arginine, aspartic acid, serine, lysine, leucine, valine, threonine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, etc.) as human collagen, supplement the body with the natural collagen, either by dermal application or through oral ingestion, can help rejuvenate collagen creation process to support the repairing of aging connective tissues in our body, particularly those in our skin, and to reverse or slow down the aging process for a more youthful appearance.
