Sweet potato powder coating technology

The pink skin processed from raw materials of sweet potato (sweet potato and sweet potato) starch has white color, good transparency, strong toughness, resistance to melting, not easily broken, and smooth and smooth. Its processing technology is simple, without special mechanical equipment, suitable for small-scale production of family workshops. Air curing method is as follows.
First, the choice of raw materials. Using 100 mesh nylon screen filter processed fine, color white, no impurities, no dirt, no mildew, pure sweet potato starch.
Second, choose a good rotation. Choose smooth, durable and easy-to-operate screws for easy heat transfer. At present, the most suitable one is a pot type rotor made of a 0.5 cm thick brass plate or a copper plate, an aluminum plate, an upper mouth diameter of 45 centimeters, a lower base diameter of 38 centimeters, and an upper height of 8 centimeters.
Third, starch filtration. The day before air-drying, the granular white sweet potato starch was placed in a cylinder, diluted with water, filtered through a 120-mesh nylon mesh, and impurities were filtered out. The foam is soaked in the large cylinder for 10 to 12 hours to completely soften the particles in the starch and is used for processing the next day.
Fourth, ingredients fight. Take 50 kg of starch as an example. 150 grams of alum was ground into a powder and placed in a pot. 500 grams of warm boiled water was added to dissolve the alum, and 500 grams of starch and 5 kilograms of warm boiled water were added and mixed to form a dilute milk paste. Pour the formulated liquid into the diluted starch soaked in the previous day and stir it evenly. Alum is too little, the lack of toughness and elasticity of dried skin; too much will lead to crisp, easy to break, is not conducive to packaging and transportation.
Fifth, air processing. To dry the powder, choose sunny and sunny weather. The water in the pot is poured to 90°C, the powdery rind is put into the surface, and it is floated on the surface of the water. After one minute of blanching, use a spoon that can make 50-100 grams of each dry powder and stir in a spoonful of stirred starch. Milk, pour into the spinner, turn it by hand or reverse the spinner so that the starch milk is evenly spread in the spinner, leaving no cracks or leaks. When the starch milk is heated and turns from white to gray and translucent, take out the spinner, Cool in a cold water basin. After the starch milk is completely cool, it is taken out and placed on a pellicle curtain made of straw.
Six, drying packaging. Place the powder coating on the curtain in air and light for 2 to 3 hours. When 90% dry, remove one by one from the curtain and tie each 10 or 20 sheets together and place them on the curtain. Place a weight on top to flatten the powder.
