How to cultivate oyster mushrooms in hot season

Over the years, many farmers have avoided the cultivation of oyster mushrooms in the hot season as much as possible. The reasons are nothing but three things: high pollution rates, serious diseases and pests, and large changes in market conditions. In response to the above problems, combined with many years of practical experience, I took corresponding measures and summarized a new method for the cultivation of oyster mushrooms in the hot season. First, the varieties should be selected for the use of medium and high temperature type, strong resistance, white thick mycelium, strong wall climbing and less aerial mycelium species, and resolutely put an end to low-temperature, low-temperature varieties. Second, the cultivation site should be selected next to the courtyard, under the shade, in the wild trees can be planted, but should pay attention to the choice of good ventilation, away from the source of pollution, shelter from wind and shelter. Third, the prevention of pests and diseases (1) due to high temperatures, the amount of fungicide should be increased to 0.15% to 0.20%. The environment should be alkaline, sprinkle lime powder to the cultivation site. The bacteria bags are selected from the specifications of 20cm to 22cm, and should be stacked in a single layer. (2) Inoculate the culture materials with insect-repellent acaricides, such as 1 part of phoxim + 2 parts of carbol, and the amount is 0.10%-0.12%. Do not arbitrarily increase or decrease the dose. When the amount of drug is large, it is easy to produce malformed mushrooms. Too little drug amount will make the mites resistant to drugs. This is one of the important factors for the failure of many cultivated households to back-season cultivation. Fourth, after arranging wheat harvest for the market, the system will be cultivated from late June to early July. After half a month, it will be full and must be used within 6 days. From July to early August, the bag of bacteria is packed. During this period, the weather was hot and dry, and it was at a time of drought and drought. The most important management was to spray pyrethroid pesticides and fungicides on the site and around the site. Under normal circumstances, a good bag will be sent out in about 10 days, and a fruiting period will be entered in 20 days. As long as the management methods are scientific, the period between the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day is exactly reaching the peak of the mushrooming period, and it also just meets the needs of the festival market.
