Electric sprayer how to care and precautions

Because of its convenient use and high work efficiency, the electric super-large sprayer is loved by more and more farmers and has become the main tool for pest control in greenhouses. However, the electric atomizer is more "precious" and once it is used improperly and is not maintained in time, it is prone to malfunction. How to maintain, in order to extend the life of the sprayer, the reporter specifically interviewed the Korean manager engaged in sprayer sales work, he suggested that the farmers should do the following aspects.

First, check the connection for leaks when it is used for the first time. When using, first install fresh water test spray, and then load the drug. When adding medicines, add water after adding chemicals. The liquid level of the liquid medicine should not exceed the safe water level. Before spraying, turn on the electric sprayer in advance so that the air pressure in the barrel rises to the working pressure to ensure smooth spraying.

Secondly, after the nebulizer is used, it is necessary to first clean the liquid barrel, hose, and spray bar. Special attention should be paid to removing grease from the pump and dirt from the bottom of the tank. Because most pesticides have a certain amount of corrosion on sprayers, they should be washed with alkaline water and then rinsed with clean water. Especially after spraying pesticides with strong corrosive liquid such as Bordeaux, it is best to soak in alkali water for 1-2 hours. Take care to prevent rust. All detachable parts must be removed and cleaned. The inner wall of the boom and nozzle should be painted with engine oil to avoid rust.

If the sprayer is not used in the short term, the main parts should be cleaned, wiped and stored in a cool dry place. If you do not use it for a long time, you must butter all metal parts to prevent rust.

In addition, the core components of the electric sprayer are the water pump and the battery. Although there are several types of pumps on the market today, these pumps are afraid of plugging. Therefore, it must be washed with clean water. When water is added, it must be filtered with a small filter to prevent clogging.

Also, we must remind farmers: After the sprayer is deactivated, its battery should be fully charged and placed in a dry, dry place. It should be charged every one or two months. If the storage time becomes shorter, add distilled water in time.
