2, matters needing attention

1) When the fruit and vegetable packaging boxes in the cold storage are stacked, there must be a certain space between them to facilitate the air circulation in the storage, so that the temperature of the stored items is the same as the design control temperature. The storage stack should not be too high, with a space of 60 cm to 120 cm on the top surface of the cold storage and 50 cm to 80 cm from the surrounding wall surface, keeping the surrounding air ventilated, which is conducive to the circulation of gas in the reservoir and uniform temperature distribution.

2) Open the library door regularly, so that the gases such as ethylene and S02 released from the fruits and vegetables in the library can be discharged, which is beneficial to the preservation of fruits and vegetables, because these gases have the effect of accelerating the ripening of fruits and vegetables.

3) Always observe the sight glass of the compressor when using it. When the compressor's refrigerating oil is less than half of the hole in the sight glass, an appropriate amount of refrigerating oil should be added (under the guidance of skilled refrigeration technicians).

4) If the water-cooled unit is used, check whether the pool is clean. If any waste materials such as waste plastic bags are found, they should be taken out in time, otherwise the suction port of the water pump will be blocked, resulting in small water volume or water cut.

5) The power supply of the refrigeration unit must be erected separately, and a reliable circuit breaker must be installed. The power supply voltage is controlled within 380V±10% and 220V±10%. If the power supply network voltage is too high or too low, the motor may be burnt.

6) The refrigeration unit must be clean and clean.
