Tinea corporis, tinea cruris or tinea pedis
Onychomycosis
Cryptococcal meningitis

Fluconazole can be used first-line for the following indications:
Coccidioidomycosis
Cryptococcosis
Histoplasmosis
Prophylaxis of candidiasis in immunocompromised people
Auto-brewery syndrome

Fluconazole is active against:
Blastomyces dermatitidis
