Filling large bag materials in a hygienic clean area

More and more pharmaceutical users have put forward requirements for large bag filling. First, they must be filled in a special sanitary area (herein called white area). After passing through the gate, they must be in a special small sanitary area. The inside (herein referred to as the black area) is placed on the pallet for further transportation.

Starting point of the problem

In the past various mechanical equipment, a transportation system and a gate fixed in the house were additionally installed. The weakness of this design is that when different products from different suppliers arrive, sometimes certain measures need to be taken, thus creating many problems in the handover area: a relatively "unsanitary" transport vehicle in two different sanitary areas There is a round trip, or there is a transport track or conveyor belt connected between them, which increases the difficulty of cleaning work. Taking this problem as a starting point, Derichs came up with the idea of ​​combining several different processes, such as “filling”, “gate” and “placement”, into one unit, making it a unit with integrated functions. And applied to the production process. This new solution has attracted a lot of attention and successfully applied for a patent.

Principle of operation

In the white area, a large bag to be filled is hung by the operator and the filling process begins. This process is automatically controlled by a preset scheme like the normal filling equipment.

Hanging filling is usually used here, and a sealing device can be added if the product requires it. When the preset weight is reached, the operator releases the filling nozzle and seals the pocket.

At this point, the gate is opened, the gate is opened laterally, and the two cantilevers are rotated by 90° to the gate. The door is closed and the other two doors are opened and the cantilever is rotated 90° again. When the filled pouch is fully automated on the pallet in the black area, the operator in the white area can hang the oversized bag on the second cantilever.

The efficiency of filling can be greatly improved by introducing two cantilevers for hanging bags. But using only one cantilever can also meet the needs of low efficiency.

This application has several advantages:

A supplier can provide a fully functional unit of equipment. Only one corresponding hole is required in the building.

The filling port stays in the white area and only the bag is transported between the two areas.

The gate opening area is minimized.

Multiple choices make the device suitable for products and production with special needs.
