"A shed of three pods" mushroom cultivation mode

The first one: Pleurotus ostreatus, Shimeji or Bailing Mushroom

Take the mushroom as an example: The seed production will be completed from mid-July to the end of August. In early September, it will be inoculated and cultivated. In early October, the mushroom will be harvested, and the mushroom harvest period will continue until the end of March of the second year. During this period, four mushroom species will be produced. A 200 square meter ordinary mushroom shed can be fed with 10,000 kilograms, producing about 1.2 million kilograms of fresh mushrooms. Calculated at 1.8 yuan per kilogram, the output value will be about 22,000 yuan, 7,000 yuan will be charged, and gross income will be 15,000 yuan.

The second 茬: Coprinus comatus

From August to the end of October, the seed production is completed. Preserve strains to the second year in April. In early April, after the harvest of Pleurotus ostreatus or Pleurotus ostreatus is completed, the waste is transported to the outside of the greenhouse for 2-3 days and crushed. The waste is then mixed with the new material in a ratio of 4:6 and bagged for inoculation. 200 square meters of mushroom sheds can use 1,400 kilograms of the first waste, saving 1,400 yuan. It takes about a month for the germs to grow. After the mycelium is well developed in the first half of May, the bags can be removed and covered with soil. Harvesting of mushrooms began in late May and ended at the end of June. In the meantime, three tidal mushrooms can be produced. The mushroom shed of 200 square meters can cover 3,500 kilograms, and 3,000 kilograms of fresh mushrooms can be produced. Calculated at 3.4 yuan per kilogram, the output value can reach more than 10,000 yuan, 3,000 yuan can be removed, and gross income can be 7,000 yuan.

The third: the straw mushroom

The seed production was completed from the beginning of April to the end of May, and straw mushrooms were planted in early July. The raw material can be 60% wheat straw plus 40% bacilli, mixed with appropriate amount of superphosphate. 200 square meters of mushroom sheds can use 1250 kilograms of second waste, saving 1,200 yuan. After the ingredients are properly prepared, they are spread in the shed and the thickness is controlled at about 20 cm, and then inoculated. About 10 days after the mushrooming, this mushroom can receive 2 tidal mushrooms. Generally, 6-7.5 kilograms of mushrooms can be produced per square meter, which is calculated at 4 yuan per kilogram. The output value of 200 square meters is about 5,000 yuan.

Sanchao can produce a total of 16,500 kilograms of fresh mushrooms, and the total output value can reach 37,000 yuan. After removing 200 square meters of mushroom sheds for investment of 1,000 yuan and investing 10,000 yuan for materials, the annual gross income of 26,000 yuan can be realized.

[Composition]

The main component of this preparation is human immunoglobulin, which is prepared by cold ethanol fractionation of human plasma from healthy donors. The manufacturing process contains a step to remove anticomplementary activity and a dual viral inactivation process. It contains a suitable amount of glucose or maltose as stabilizer (see table below), but does not contain any antiseptic or antibiotic. The distribution of IgG subclasses is close to the serum level of normal subjects and maintains the bioactivity of Fc fragment of IgG.

[Indications]

1. Primary agammaglobulinemia, such as X-linked hypogammaglobulinemia, common variant immunodeficiency diseases, immunoglobulin G subclass deficiency, etc.

2. Secondary immunoglobulin deficiency diseases, such as severe infection, septicemia of newborn, etc

3. Autoimmune diseases, such as primary thrombocytopenic purpura, Kawasaki disease
