Repair method Check the tightness of the fan drive belt, adjust the tension pulley properly, if the fan pulley fixing screw is loose, it should be tightened; reduce feeding a little or correctly adjust the feed gap.
Excessive fragmentation of the grain causes too small a threshing gap or an excessively high rotational speed of the drum; the feed is uneven or the grain is too dry or too wet.
The trimming method checks whether the threshing gap is correct. Generally, the minimum gap during threshing wheat should not be less than 4mm. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the drum pulley and the power pulley are matched reasonably and accurately. If anything is wrong, it should be adjusted or replaced.
The excessive amount of grain discharged from the dust outlet is caused by excessive exhaust air volume; the hole in the concave plate is blocked. Repair method Check whether the fan speed meets the requirements. If the diameter of the fan pulley is properly selected, if it does not meet the need to adjust; remove the blockage of the concave hole after the power failure.
Causes of serious jams The grain is too wet and the feed is too large; the drum speed is too low.
The repair method should appropriately reduce the amount of feed and keep the feed evenly; check whether the motor power is sufficient or the voltage is too low; if the roller bar is damaged, repair it in time; repair or replace the concave plate; adjust the tension of the feed chain, At the same time, check the tension of the vacuum fan belt and the speed of the fan.
