2, water tank water shortage. The water did not increase enough, or there was a leak. As the amount of cooling water is insufficient, the temperature of the cooling water rises sharply and the engine is overheated. At this time, the engine should be immediately shut down. 3. When the engine is overloaded for a long time, the fuel emits more heat, but the engine speed is low and the cooling effect is poor, so the cooling water warms up quickly, causing the engine to overheat. 4, the engine fuel supply advance angle is too small, the combustion will be carried out under a large cylinder volume, to give more cooling water heat, making it warm up quickly, causing the engine to overheat. At this time, the engine often smokes black smoke, and the exhaust pipe may ignite fire, especially at night. This is mainly due to wear of the plunger pair wear, timing gears, cams, etc., or installation errors, which can cause changes in the advance angle of the fuel supply. At this time, it is necessary to recheck the adjustment of the oil supply time and replace worn parts.
5. The wear of the pump impeller's end face reduces the pump's water capacity, or the pump impeller does not rotate.
